Camera is unavailable
Open iPhone Settings, find Ruta Meter, and allow Camera access. The physical iPhone camera is required for native exposure readings.

A GPS report will not save
GPS is optional. Turn off Save GPS in Meter Settings to save without location, or allow Location While Using the App in iPhone Settings.
A report is missing from Photos
Allow Ruta Meter to add photos in iPhone Settings. Ruta Meter only needs add access; it does not need to browse your entire photo library.
Restore Ruta Meter Pro
Open Meter Settings, choose Compare Free and Pro, then Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Readings differ from another meter
Compare the same evenly lit target, lens and metering area. Pro calibration can store a small offset for a trusted reference meter.
Foto Ruta did not receive a report
Confirm both apps are installed and Offer Foto Ruta after saving is enabled. The report still remains in Photos even if the transfer is unavailable.
